I’m participating in NaPoWriMo (National Poetry Writing Month), writing a poem a day for the month of April and posting it here on my blog to share. Go to NaPoWriMo.net for more details and to view many more participating poets. I did not follow prompts, but decided to share some laughs with the world. Each poem this month is silly, goofy, or fun just to bring you a smile and a little joy, which we can all use more of.
Magical Mother
A silver hair grew from my head.
My tiny child, seeing it, said,
“Are you a wizard now?”
I turned to her, in all seriousness, said,
“Yes”.
