Each poem this month is silly, goofy, or fun just to bring you a smile and a little joy, which we can all use more of.
My Pocket
There’s a pocket on my dress
And I don’t know what it’s for
So I picked a pebble up
Maybe a few more
A twig and a shell
A snail in it still
A pinecone
Just a small one
And a shark tooth
Pretty long one
A few leaves
They should fit
I like the look of this
Not quite sure what it is
But, I will squish it in
The pocket is too full on my dress
